Margaret is a freelance graphic designer and writer based in Los Angeles. Her practice explores the hybrid nature of visual journalism through technology, digital culture, and interdisciplinary storytelling.

She has worked as a designer and researcher for the World Building Media Lab at USC and has created branding and editorial design for cultural institutions, non-profits, and commercial clients.

Margaret is currently a writer for AIGA Eye on Design and has contributed to Wired, Bitch Magazine, the Smudge, and the Dieline. She received her MFA in Graphic Design from the California Institute of the Arts and shares a studio with her pug Lola.
